Appointments

At Simo Massage Therapy I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, rainstorms and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Unless there is an emergency, 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to retain my services. A FULL 24 hrs is required!
  • I accept cancellations by phone only.  DO NOT send me an email to cancel an appointment.
  • If you are unable to give me a FULL 24 hours advance notice you will be charged half of the amount of what would have been your treatment fee.  For new clients, your prepaid payment will be charged accordingly.  For existing clients, you may make a payment online or before we begin your next appointment.
  • If a gift certificate is being used as payment for your appointment, and you fail to give a FULL 24 hour advance cancellation notice, that gift certificate will become null and void.

Lateness Policy

We request that you arrive early for your appointment. Our massage therapy policies state: If you arrive late for your appointment, the time left will be used to its best advantage. If the massage therapist is late for the appointment, the remaining time will be used and the client will receive a discount or will not be charged for the massage session.

Sickness Policy

Simo Massage Therapy recognizes that both massage therapists and clients are vulnerable to infections and therefore ask clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell. If you have any contagious illnesses, the massage session will be rescheduled.

Gift certificates do not expire.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
I will not tolerate inappropriate or rude behavior!
