3. Appointments

I reserve the right to refuse service when appropriate, including situations involving safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or requests outside the scope of professional massage therapy.
Because I travel to provide in-home massage therapy, I reserve dedicated time for your appointment, including travel and preparation. Clients are asked to be ready at the scheduled appointment time with the treatment area prepared. If a delay occurs, the session time may need to be shortened to stay on schedule, and the full service fee will still apply.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
I understand that plans can change, and I appreciate as much notice as possible when you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
This fee may be up to the full cost of the scheduled service depending on the circumstances, including the amount of notice provided and any travel arrangements or time reserved for the appointment.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) may result in the full service fee being charged.
For in-home appointments, I reserve dedicated time for your session, including travel, preparation, and the appointment itself. I kindly ask for as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling, as late changes and missed appointments make it difficult to offer that time to another client.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in refusal of future bookings.
5. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
I accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed appointments will not be affected by future pricing changes.
Corporate Massage services may include separate invoicing or customized payment arrangements with businesses.
6. Client Health and Responsibility
By scheduling a massage therapy session, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for informing me of relevant health conditions, injuries, medications, or pregnancy that may affect treatment.
- You understand that massage therapy involves physical contact and may result in temporary soreness or sensitivity depending on the techniques used.
- You will communicate any discomfort, pain, or concerns during your session so adjustments can be made.
- You may request that treatment be modified or stopped at any time.
7. Professional Boundaries
Simo Massage maintains strict professional standards in all services.
Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, sexual advances, or requests outside the scope of professional massage therapy will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Professional boundaries are maintained to ensure a safe and respectful environment for both clients and therapist.

I take reasonable care in providing professional massage therapy services and maintaining accurate information on this website.
