    People suffering for years from chronic injuries (i.e., auto accident, workplace injuries, sports injuries, etc.)  have found that massage therapy helps eliminate chronic nagging pain. The techniques I use alleviate swelling, which in turn alleviates pain. Also, by working under your pain threshold, I am able to accomplish more without the body reacting negatively.
